What makes a good suggestion
Upcoming holidays, offers, promotions, campaigns, product launches, website redesigns — and the long-standing business rules and truisms you know about your particular customer base. If you’d brief a new salesperson on it, suggest it.
Step by step
Open the Seller Agent Cockpit
On the Dashboard, expand the cockpit and open Provide Upcoming / Forever Policies.
Type your suggestion
Write it in plain language in the “Suggest a new policy” box and submit.
We review and test it
Our team reviews and applies your suggestion — you’ll see it marked Under review, and then it’s tested with your real shoppers.
Upload your marketing calendar
Have a season planned out? Upload your marketing calendar as a CSV of events, promos and launches, and the AI plans ahead instead of reacting.
