Where to find them
Open the Dashboard
Find the Seller Agent Cockpit card and click Expand.
Open “Your Store’s Operating Policies”
Every policy the AI is running for your store is listed here, newest learnings first.
How to read a policy
- The policy itself — a name and a plain-language note explaining the principle, like “once something is in the cart, move to accessories that complete the room.”
- Status — Aligned (your feed follows it consistently), Partial (it’s firing inconsistently), or Not set.
- Where it came from — tagged AI Generated when the AI learned it from your shoppers, or Merchandiser Suggested when it started as your team’s suggestion.
- Impact — each policy shows its estimated % impact on revenue, margin, add-to-cart and viewing time, and the share of shoppers it touches. Sort by any of them.
