Propose new policies in plain language. Our team reviews each one and tests it with your real shoppers. This is where every store starts — see Suggesting policies.
Directly add and edit
Write and rewrite the live policies yourself. This tier is locked until two of your suggestions have tested successfully with shoppers.
The unlock is automatic: suggest two policies that win their shopper tests, and direct editing opens on its own — we tell you the day it does.
