Step by step
Open the suggestion box
Dashboard → Seller Agent Cockpit → Provide Upcoming / Forever Policies.
Say what to retire — and why
For example: “Stop leading with lifestyle videos on clearance items — the goal there is speed to checkout, not storytelling.”
We review and apply it
The policy is retired after review, and its status updates in your policy list.
Why the reason matters
The reason isn't bureaucracy — it's training data. When you explain why a policy should go, the AI learns a rule it can apply to future policies on its own, so you never have to make the same correction twice.
Once you’ve unlocked the top tier of the permission ladder, you can also remove policies directly.
