How the trial works
- 15 days, free. Need longer? Trials can be extended to 30 days on request.
- No charge during the trial. You authorize your future plan through the Shopify App Store when you start, but billing only begins after the trial ends — and you can cancel or change plans at any time.
- We keep you posted. You’ll get emails throughout the trial so you always know what the AI is learning and earning.
What's happening behind the scenes
From day one, your trial runs a 50/50 A/B test: half your shoppers see Product Genius, half see your original site. That split is what lets you measure the true revenue lift instead of taking our word for it.
By around day 10, the AI has interacted with enough shoppers to start showing its work — open the Dashboard to see how it’s learning and what it’s earning.
Why your Shopify numbers look smaller
Because only half your traffic sees Product Genius during the trial, a 20% lift on that half shows up as roughly 10% overall in your Shopify dashboard. The Dashboard in the app compares the two halves directly, so you see the real number.
