Something not working? Try Off first
In Control Center, flip the green Live toggle to Off. Product Genius becomes completely invisible to shoppers — no scripts run, nothing touches your store — while the AI keeps everything it has learned. Turn it back on and it picks up right where it left off. Perfect for isolating a site issue or pausing during a big change.
To cancel for good
Uninstall the app
In your Shopify admin, remove Product Genius the same way you’d remove any app.
That’s genuinely it
Product Genius never modifies your store’s code or data, so there’s nothing to clean up and nothing left behind.
