The first 24–48 hours
Product Genius isn't live the instant you install. The AI spends its first day or two learning your store and products, and our QA team verifies the feed before shoppers see it. For about 1% of installs something unique needs extra attention — in that case we contact you directly.
During your trial, half your shoppers see it
The free trial runs a 50/50 A/B test: half of your shoppers get Product Genius, half see your original site. That’s what makes the revenue lift measurable and honest — but it also means that when you visit your own store, you may simply have landed in the other half.
